ABSTRACTS: Final date for submission postponed 15 days.

After receiving a many request to for an adjournment at the abstract submission date, the Scientific Committee for COLACRO XII & SIMCRO 2008 decided to postpone 15 days.

This date extension will not affect Last Minute Posters.

NEW DATE: August, 30.

We would like to thank everyone for their contribution so far (see already accepted abstracts) and all that come to contribute to make this COLACRO's largest edition.

NEWS: Short Course "Supercritial Fluid Extraction (SFE) and Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC)" added.

Coordenated by Prof. Larry Taylor from Virginia Tech (USA), the short course Supercritial Fluid Extraction (SFE) and Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) will be part of the Official Program. Author of numerous publications and literature, o Prof. Taylor is worldwide known for his book "Supercritical Fluid Extraction".
Due to this addition, the final date for registration with the lowest price (for brazilians) in Short Courses was moved to july 15, 2008. We remind everyone that Short Course and Congress registrations are separate, requiring only to sign-up, in case you do not have a login yet.

The Short Courses will happen in October, 27, one day before the event's official opening. To register for one of the Courses (Recent Trends in HPLC, LC/MS & LC/MS/MS, Recent Trends in Capillary GC & GC/MS e Miniaturized Sample Preparation Techniques, you just need to sign up for the website or, in case you already have an account, simply login to the Secure Area and in three simple steps your registration will be done. Detailed information can be found in the Courses page or by email.

Confirmed: special volume of the Journal of Chromatographic Science (JCS) dedicated to COLACRO XII & SIMCRO 2008

The J.C.S. will dedicate a special volume to the publication of complete papers from COLACRO XII & SIMCRO 2008. The abstracts accepted to be presented as posters at COLACRO are elected to be sent to the JCS as a full paper. The authors of the abstract will receive all instructions by email on how to prepare the full paper.
It is important to highlight that it is not obligatory to submit the (full) paper in order to get your abstract presented at the event.
The complete papers sent to be published by JCS will receive the exact same treatment as any other volume and the response will be sent to you by the JCS, directly. We encourage everyone to participate so we have a special volume that really reflects the quality of our event.
